This well-maintained property is located in the UNESCO vineyard landscape of Monferrato, a few kilometers away from the charming spa town of Acqui Terme. On its own hill and surrounded by vineyards, the house enjoys panoramic 360 ​​degree views. There are no direct neighbours, yet the property is not lonely: the nearest village, about 2km from the house, is within sight.

The village offers basic shops, a pharmacy and a very good restaurant, while Acqui Terme has everything needed for daily living, plus a lively cultural scene, a golf course, hotels, spa facilities, lots of restaurants, and much more.

A small outside staircase leads down to the solar-heated swimming pool. Built into the hillside, the south-facing pool and pool terrace are wonderfully sheltered: thanks to the solar heating, the pool can be comfortably used for 8 months of the year.

Garden, Courtyard & Grounds

The private access road ends at the property. An electrically-operated gate leads to the well-maintained courtyard and lawn area, where the many flowering bushes and shrubs - including roses, oleander, olive trees and palm trees - give the garden a very Mediterranean feel. On the south side of the house, a spacious, partially-glazed portico provides a perfect outdoor seating area - with great views, a brick pizza oven and a summer kitchen.

Our personal opinion: this is a property with a sensational location, usable all-year-round and offering very flexible accommodation.
